Here, you will find an approach to wellness that embodies mindfulness, a sense of curiosity, gentle, restorative, somatic and slow yoga practices to balance the busy-ness and constant stimulation of life around us and create a deep inner nourishment.  

You will also find a smathering of video love notes, or nourishment practices, to help boost your energy, immune system, support your adrenals and calm your nervous system. These are "SOS" practices that I've found personally helpful in creating more balance and ease in my life. I hope that they do the same for you.

Intro to GSY

Over the course of 5 classes, this series will break down the somatic yoga practice for each major area of the body. This gives you space and time to connect more fully with each area and discover how to bring a greater sense of ease and connection to areas of stiffness, tension or pain.
